29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. The employer must ensure storage of material does not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) At isle 2 (22 wall area), on or about 1/23/2019: Storage of material created a hazard. Pallets of product (pizza boxes, Scott product boxes, desk/gamer chairs) were not secured against collapsed as they were slanted and stacked above 20 feet.
