29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Fleet Department - On or about January 23, 2019, relocatable power taps (RPTs) or power strips powering a tool box were not installed and used in accordance with instruction in the listing, labeling, or certification such as, but not limited to, one power strip being zip-tied and permanently secured to a fence wall used as a substitute for fixed wiring and two power strips being daisy chained together.
