29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about January 23, 2019, at a Chevron service station located at 3 Alternate A1A in Jupiter, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet - 4 inches when performing electrical maintenance work from the basket of an aerial lift while not wearing a harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift.
