29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a)  At the facility, on or about 1/24/19:  Ingoing nip points at the feed rollers and point of operation at the slitter knives on a Thermo Type business card slitter were not adequately guarded in that the existing guard did not completely enclosed the ingoing nip points and point of operation.  b)  At the facility, on or about 1/24/19:  Ingoing nip points at the feed rollers on a Baum folder were not guarded.  Abatement certification must be submitted for these items.
