29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling: a. 549 Mill Road, Edison, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure commercial highway trucks had wheel chocks placed to prevent the truck from rolling when being loaded or unloaded at the warehouse docks. Employees operating powered industrial equipment entered the trucks while engaged in truck unloading activities at the receiving/shipping docks and were not protected from movement of the vehicle. Violation occurred on or about January 24, 2019
