29 CFR 1910.243(c)(1): Abrasive wheel(s) were used on portable grinder(s) which were not provided with safety guard(s) meeting the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.243(c)(1) through (c)(4)(a): On or about January 25, 2019 at the Aeroform facility- Employee was exposed to serious lacerations and or struck-by injuries, in that the Milwaukee Portable Hand Grinder did not have a 180 degree guard that protected hands from the cutting wheel.
