29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 1/24/19, on the first floor, in the Spot Coffee Area, on construction site at 1770 Hertel Ave., Buffalo,NY: An employee working in the elevated platform of a Skyjack scissors lift was exposed to a fall of approx. 9 ft. from the end of the scissors lift while installing Hangers at the ceiling. The mid-chain on the end of the lift was not fastened. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
