29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) 7211 Albany Post Road - On or about 12/20/2018, a worker on the ground was exposed to the possibility of being struck by debris from workers and material located on the roof above him of the building. The employee was not utilizing a hard hat.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) 7211 Albany Post RD. Roof of commercial BLDG: On or about 12/20/2018, employees were installing solar panels at a height of approximately 13 feet from the ground with out a fall arrest or fall restraint system.
