29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  (a)  On the roof of the building - On or about January 22, 2019 employees were exposed to a flying object hazard while using nail guns.  These employees were not wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a)  On the roof of the building - On or about January 22, 2019 employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a house roof with no fall protection at 14 feet 11 inches above concrete.

29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  (a)  Construction site - On or about January 22, 2019 the employer did not train each employee exposed to various hazardous work associated with construction such as nail gun usage on how to recognize and minimize the hazards.
