29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: (a) Lot 44 Shelton Cove Ln: On January 24, 2019 and times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to eye hazards from pneumatic nail guns and circular saw that they operated when installing joists on a residential construction. The employer failed to provide and require employees to wear eye protection.
