Great Wolf Lodge Site (NE side of roof) - Employees were permitted to climb the fabricated scaffold frames and cross braces to access and egress the scaffolding platforms. Two employees were on the first level applying a textured surface to the wall and when asked how did they access the scaffold said that they climbed up the sides.
