29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) At 44 Park Beach Dr., Lot 25 Parks Edge, Orange Beach, Alabama: On or about January 28, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to install wrapping on the outside of a house while working from a job made scaffold with a work platform that measured 8 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 20.5 feet to the ground below.
