The employees were exposed to the Kalamazoo vertical saw (Model: Startrite 30 RF, S/N: M66630) which was hard wired for electrical energy.  This would require a lock out device during blade change out since the authorized person would not have direct control.  Also, eighteen wheelers trailers required some method(s) to prevent movement or shifting, and at time the trailers were still connected to truck cab(s) which would require additional LO/TO procedures.
