29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: Parking Garage Ramp 2-3 level: Employees working in the area were exposed to impalement hazards from horizontal uncapped rebar rods protruding from the floor of the 3rd level. Rebar measured approximately 60" from the floor.
