OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to crushing injuries from overturning forklifts while operating them without using operator restraint systems (seatbelts):     (a) In the warehouse:  On or about 01/30/2019, the forklift was being operated without the use of the seatbelt, in that the seatbelt was fastened behind the seat, exposing the operator to crushing injuries in the event the forklift overturned.
