29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    a. 110 Lehigh Drive Fairfield, NJ (Workshop Floor)     Inadequate point of operation guard on the shear was present as the Hydraulic Cincinnati Shear guard did not prevent employees' hands from contacting the pinch point created by hold downs. The opening from the bottom of the guard to the top of the shear frame did not prevent employees from the pinch points.      Condition occurred on or about 01/04/2019
