29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    On or about February 6, 2019, employees working in the old garage were exposed to chemical burn hazards when working with corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, Morado Super Cleaner, ZEP Formula 50 and Blue Marvel 2000 and the emergency shower was obstructed by a drum mounted parts cleaning machine and the shower head was installed in a fixed position angled toward the wall away from the vertical.    Transdev Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303283, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2880 Remington Park Court, in Norcross, Georgia.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked:    On or about February 6, 2019, employees were exposed to chemical hazards when working with hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Formula 50, Blue Marvel and Morado Super Cleaner and the employer provided a "Green Thumb" pumpless sprayer observed at the bus wash area containing liquid chemical but not labeled for chemical contents or chemical hazard(s).    Transdev Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303283, citation number 1, item number 3c and was affirmed as a final order on October 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2880 Remington Park Court, in Norcross, Georgia.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    On or about February 6, 2019, employees working in the old garage were exposed to chemical hazards when working with chemicals including, but not limited to, Morado Super Cleaner, ZEP Formula 50 and Blue Marvel 2000 and the employer did not provide chemical hazard communication program training.    Transdev Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303283, citation number 1, item number 3e and was affirmed as a final order on October 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2880 Remington Park Court, in Norcross, Georgia.
