The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head.  On or about 1/25/2019 at 1544 Weeping Tree Circle, Lot 83A, Overlook at Hamilton Mill subdivision, Hoschton, GA where workers performing shingle laying operations were observed in the middle of the roof wearing rock-climbing harnesses on an 8/12 pitched roof exposed to fall hazards of 19-feet to the lower level from the eaves.
