OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards: a) Coca Cola Bottling Company High Country: On January 30, 2019 and at times prior employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working in and around the damaged Twinlode steel storage racks. b) Allergen Storage Rack Area: On January 30, 2019 and at times prior employees were exposed to struck by hazards while loading and unloading pallets on the Twinlode steel storage racks. The employer failed to identify the load rating of the racks to ensure they were not overloaded. c) Premix Storage Rack Area: On January 30, 2019 and at times prior employees were exposed to struck by hazards while loading and unloading pallets on the Twinlode steel storage racks. The employer failed to identify the load rating of the racks to ensure they were not overloaded.
