29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):  Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:    At a facility located at 3100 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Appleton, WI 54914; the employer did not ensure 55-gallon drums of Dirty Wash were labeled with words, pictures, symbols or combination thereof, to provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the Dirty Wash contained within. The drums, which contained waste wash from Small Batch mixers and tubs, were not labeled with information regarding hazards of the chemicals such as, but not limited to corrosives, irritants, sensitizers, or health hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii):  Employee training shall include at least the measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including specific procedures the employer has implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used:  At a facility located at 3100 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Appleton, WI 54914; the employer did not train or inform employees working in the Small Batch department of the measures the employees could take to protect themselves from exposure to hazardous chemical gasses/vapors when they transferred Dirty Wash from 55-gallon drums.
