29 CFR 1926.51(f)(3)(i): Lavatories will be made available in all places of employment. a) On or about 10 Sep 2018, at Building 2702, employees used portable toilet facilities at the jobsite without a means of cleansing provided. Mr. Garcia acknowledged to CSHO that full lavatories were not available on site.
