29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):   a. 3660 North Parkway, Cumming, GA (Transfer Auger Machine)- Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard.  The employer did not provide adequate guarding to the side grinder machine, which housed the moving auger. There was no guard on the side, allowing employees/operators to reach into the machine where the cutting auger is located, exposing employees to injuries, on or about 01/31/19.
