29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): The employer is failing to ensure employees are protected from multiple safety hazards when building residential structures by not having a competent person conduct regular and frequent inspections of the job site. The workers were exposed to falls of over 21 feet to dirt below. This was most recently documented at 8477 Timber Ridge Drive, Firth, Nebraska on or about January 31, 2019. The employer had sub-contractors working on the roof of this residence when it collapsed sending three workers to the ground below.
