Employees wear 3M half mask respirators for inhalation protection while applying the paint onto structural steel. The employer is failing to evaluate and estimate employees exposures to respiratory hazards when spraying the primer.

The LOTO procedures for the Peddinghaus band saw, the Hyd-Mech horizontal band saw, the Scotchman cold saw, the hydraulic press, the 5 ton crane hoist, the air compressor (Air Compressor #1), and the Unihydro Iron Worker #1 are not identifying all sources of stored energy.
