Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) On or about 02/01/2019 - 1335 Greenbrier Dear Road, Anniston, AL, employees removing existing shingles and installing new shingles at approximately 24 feet above the ground on a low sloped (4:12) roofing system were unprotected from falls while working along open edges.
