On or about February 1, 2019, in the bake room of John Gendusa`s Bakery, Inc. located at 2009, Mirabeau Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70112; Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained for the three electrical panels to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of the equipment. Crates of Po boys oven`s trays are impeding access to the electrical panel.
