(a) 7200 McCann, Biloxi, MS. - On or about February 1, 2019 the employer allowed employees to utilize a damaged synthetic lifting strap that did not have an legible identification marking tag indicating the allowable lifting capacity, exposing employees to struck by hazards while lifting a coil weighing approximately 980lb.
