South Boulder Road, Louisville, CO 80027: On or before February 1, 2019, the employer did not have a written Hazard Communication program in place. This condition exposes employees to hazards associated with chemicals including but not limited to, Greaselift, Grease Express Fast Foam Degreaser, and Oasis 146 Multi-Quat Sanitizer.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Alfalfa's Market, 785 E. South Boulder Road, Louisville, CO 80027: On or before February 1, 2019, the employer was not able to adequately train employees on a hazard communication program because they did not have one in place at the time of the inspection.
