29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): (1) Walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition; In the Production Area, the aisle way next to Line 3 was not inspected regularly in that the metal grating covering the shakeout conveyor running across the aisle way contained openings in the metal grating and raised metal grating which caused a trip hazard for employees walking to various areas of the facility and employees pouring molten metal into molds.
