29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and/or use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee from the hazard: (a) On and before 1/28/2019, 7th Floor Tower Sun Room, for the employees who fell using floor stripper to remove wax with floor machine and received burns. The employer did not enforce the use of personal protective equipment for the protection of the body such as but not limited to, slip resistant shoes and protective clothing.
