29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. Corner - Springfield Ave. & Progress St., Union, NJ The employer did not ensure that employees elevated in an aerial lift basket were attached to the basket using a fall harness and lanyard. Employees engaged in commercial framing activities were elevated in a JLG 660SJ aerial lift without the use of fall protection. Violation observed on or about February 1, 2019
