29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: On or about December 3, 2018, at 120 Salamonca Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida, 33314, the employer failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site to prevent workers from working closer than 10 feet from electrical power lines, therefore exposing employees to electrical hazards. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
