29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  On or about December 3, 2018, at 120 Salamonca Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida, 33314, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard while installing wooden pole shores with metal clamps, rebars, and plywood sheathing on the south wall of new residential homes that were located less than 10 feet away from 13 KV line to line and 7.62 KV phase to phase overhead electrical lines.   NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
