MK Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which is contained in OSHA inspection #1350171 citation 1, item 3 with respect to the workplace located at 10A & 10B Iron Mine Hill Road, North Smithfield, RI 02896, which became a final order on 11/1/2018.

(a) On the front porch of the home:  On or about 2/4/2019, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while misusing a step ladder, that was folded and propped up against the wall of the second story of the house, to hand plywood sheeting to the employee on the top of the roof.    MK Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which is contained in OSHA inspection #1350171 citation 1, item 4 with respect to the workplace located at 10A & 10B Iron Mine Hill Road, North Smithfield, RI 02896, which became a final order on 11/1/2018.
