29 CFR 1926.52(d)(1): In all cases where the sound levels exceeded the values shown in Table D-2 of 29 CFR 1926.52, a continuing, effective hearing conservation program was not administered: a) On February 5, 2019, an employee finishing the concrete floors with a MSP 445 Trowel was exposed to continuous noise levels at 166.8% of the permissible daily exposure, during the 297 minute sampling period. Exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 183 minutes not sampled. 93.7 dba b) On February 5, 2019, an employee finishing the concrete floors with a HDX 780 Trowel was exposed to continuous noise levels at 148.8% of the permissible daily exposure, during the 297 minute sampling period.
