A flexible extension cord was used in a permanent manner and was ran through the window frame into the warehouse to power electrical devices, on or about February 4, 2019.  Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).   (b): Facility - Downstairs Office -  Flexible wiring was used as a substitute for fixed wiring and was ran under a doorway. A flexible extension cord was used in a permanent manner and was ran under a doorway to power electrical devices, on or about February 15, 2019.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.   (c): Facility - Workshop -  Flexible wiring was used as a substitute for fixed wiring. A flexible extension cord was used in a permanent manner to power an air compressor, on or about February 19, 2019.
