(b) On February 4, 2019, Mc Donagh Demolition Inc. did not assess exposure of employees who may be exposed to respirable crystalline silica when using a hose for water suppression in the vicinity of demolition activity. (c) On February 4, 2019, Mc Donagh Demolition Inc. did not assess exposure of employees who may be exposed to respirable crystalline silica when removing construction debris in the waste removal area near the loading dock.
