29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:    (a) This violation occurred on February 5, 2019 when employees working in the side room of the maintenance shop were exposed to tripping hazards from hand tools, stone blocks, jack stands, tires, buckets, spare parts and nuts and bolts scattered around the floor where employees walk and work.
