29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) The employer did not protect the point of operation to power press brakes to prevent operators from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. This violation occurred in the Press Brake department on or about February 7, 2019 and at times prior thereto; when employees, who operated 26 power press brakes, were not protected from placing their fingers, hands or other body parts into the point of operation during the operating cycle.
