29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. A) Green County Builders, LLC on or about February 4, 2019 at the address of 32732 Albion Road, Ohio: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing new roofing materials (felt) to a residential type structure. The employees were exposed to a potential 20 foot fall to the level below. Green County Builders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1207082, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1238 Laila, Wadsworth, Ohio.
