29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on flat roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees working approximately 21 feet from the ground below were protected by a fall protection system, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. b) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees working approximately 13 feet from the lower level were protected by a fall protection system, thus exposing employees to fall hazards.
