29 CFR 1926.1101(d)(5): As supervisor of the entire project, the general contractor did not ascertain whether the asbestos contractor was in compliance with the asbestos standard, and did not require such contractor to come into compliance with this standard:    On or about 12/19/18 and 12/20/18, Supreme Structures DBA Freddie Cunanan, subcontractor, removed presumed asbestos containing roofing material, and the general contractor did not ascertain whether he was in compliance with the asbestos standard, and did not require him to come into compliance with this standard.
