29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. Location - 1 Pleasant Street, Westford, MA. ground and second floor. On or about February 5, 2019, employees were not protected from injuries when working with table saws that had the guards removed while cutting wood. Instance A, ground floor a Chicago Electric Power Tools 10" table saw. Instance B, second floor a RYOBI 10" table saw.
