29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. A) 1040 US HWY 1 North, Woodbridge, NJ 07095: An employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 18ft, while climbing on the front of a commercial framing operation with no fall protection system in place. Occurred on or about January 18, 2019 Above All, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1042451, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/31/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 96 Meadow Rd, Rutherford, NJ 07070.
