The employer did not ensure commercial highway trucks had wheel chocks placed to prevent the truck from rolling when being loaded or unloaded at the warehouse docks. Employees operating powered industrial equipment entered the trucks while engaged in truck unloading activities at the receiving/shipping docks and were not protected from movement of the vehicle. Violation observed on or about February 6, 2019

Violation observed on or about February 6, 2019 b. 1 Commerce Dr., Cranbury, NJ - Vault The employer authorized the installation and use of RTP's as a means of power for equipment and attached the RTP's to the vault cage using plastic wire ties. Violation observed on or about February 6, 2019
