29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:      a. Cannon Place Subdivision, 1201-1203 Fischer Trace, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  The employees were not utilizing fall protection while working and walking approximately 10-12 feet above ground level on the elevated porch roof, installing/repairing bricks and flashing to the front exterior of the newly constructed residential home, on or about 02/05/19.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access:     a.  Cannon Place Subdivision, 1201-1203 Fischer Trace, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employee were exposed to fall hazard.  An employee was using a 10ft. ladders that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing while accessing the ladder to get to gain access to the upper level working surface, on or about 02/05/19.
