29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii): Powered industrial truck(s), with the operator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not have the load engaging means fully lowered, controls neutralized, and the brakes set to prevent movement: (a) Construction Site - On or about February 6, 2019 two employees were working from an elevated personnel platform attached to a Caterpillar TH350B forklift and the operator dismounted the lift without lowering the platform exposing employees to a fall hazard.
