29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: The employer is failing to protect employees from laceration and amputation hazards due to unguarded chains and sprockets. This was most recently documented in Poultry House 25 at 57961 864 Road, Concord, Nebraska on February 6, 2019. Employees were working in the vicinity of an unguarded chain and sprocket with one becoming caught sustaining an amputation injury.
