29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects were not protected by protective helmets.  On or about February 6, 2019, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from  pieces of sheet metal roofing as it was dropped from an approximate height of eleven feet  to an employee on the ground level without the use of head protection.
