29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: JOB SITE: 490 Cummins Drive, Chaffee, MO 63740, on or about 2/6/2019, workers were permitted to use a HOLZ-HER Panel Saw, Model: 1270, with unused opening in boxes and were not effectively closed. Specially, the electrical control box was missing two (2) knockout pins leaving two openings. The workers were exposed to an electrical hazard.

Workers were exposed to an electrical hazard.
